Seiki's technology is not only limited to plastic injection moulding – with our RUDIZ system, we also provide technology for the runnerless manufacture of rubber and LSR parts. ACS Deutschland GmbH, situated in the Mornshausen district of Gladenbach, is part of the Portugal-based Grupo Simoldes Tool Division. Simoldes is a leading manufacturer of injection moulds for the automotive industry in particular, but also for the logistics, waste disposal and domestic goods industries. The group has seven mould production facilities in Portugal and Brazil as well as six sales and service locations in Germany, France, Argentina, Spain, Mexico and Turkey. ACS Deutschland not only offers sales and project management services, but also has its own production facility located in Gladenbach. Over a 2000 m² production area, around 25 employees handle all modifications and repairs to moulds for the automotive industry.

Our 24-hour service guarantees that you can reach ACS at any time and that your moulds will be returned to you by the quickest means possible.
